Purple Glow Services is a locally owned and operated cleaning company based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We’ve been at it for more than five years, and for most of that time the work was residential: weekly and biweekly house cleans across Rutherford County, and turnovers for Airbnb hosts who needed a unit guest-ready between an 11 o’clock checkout and a 3 o’clock check-in.
Those two kinds of work teach different lessons. Houses teach you consistency — that people notice when the same thing is done the same way every visit, and they notice faster when it isn’t. Short-term rentals teach you standards, because a guest with a phone will photograph anything you missed and put it in a review before you’ve reached the next property.
Commercial work is where we’re growing now, and it turns out those same two lessons are exactly what an office, a clinic or a restaurant is looking for. A business doesn’t want a spectacular clean once; it wants the same clean every time, at a standard high enough that nobody has to think about it.
