That’s why we treat post-construction work as a staged clean rather than one walk through the rooms. The first pass takes out the bulk — debris, dust sheets and the heavy layer on floors and horizontal surfaces. Then we let the air settle and go again, this time into the places that hold dust and nobody thinks to check: window tracks, the tops of door frames, inside cabinets and drawers, HVAC vents and returns, and the ridges of trim and baseboards.

The detail pass is what makes a new space feel new. Stickers come off appliances and windows, paint specks come off glass and hardware, grout haze comes off tile, and fixtures are polished so they photograph the way they were meant to. Light fixtures and fan blades are done last, because everything above the floor eventually lands on it.
